There won't be a "Rapture" that precedes any Great Tribulation. Rather the saints would move into the "wilderness" when the Beast starts handing out marks. This will be after the Seal and Trumpet judgements when the entire earth population has made the decision for or against Jesus. Then the Wrath of God falls upon the Beast worshippers (Bowl judgements).
